LAHORE, December 11:Punjab Paramedical Staff Association and nurses have decided to cut a 250-pound cake at Lahore General Hospital on the occasion of Christmas and the employees have started preparations in this regard. The cake-cutting ceremony will be held on December 17 at the General Hospital, which will be attended by a large number of Christian employees and the rest of their colleagues, for which the hospital administration will also extend full cooperation.

Meanwhile, Principal LGH, Prof. Dr. Sardar Muhammad Al-freed Zafar and Executive Director of Punjab Institute of Neuro Sciences, Prof. Dr. Khalid Mahmood said that on the occasion of Christmas, it has been decided to pay this month’s salary to all Christian employees by December 20. The Director Finance has been given necessary orders in this regard while members of the Christian community serving in the PGMI, AMC, LGH, Nursing College and Neuro Institute to complete their religious festival with enthusiasm.

They said that the members of the administration would also attend the Christmas celebrations and support them to double the happiness of their Christian brothers. Principal PGMI and ED PINS added that Christmas is also equally sacred from religious point of view and we will all celebrate charismas with full respect for which the main ceremony of cutting a 250 pound cake will be held at LGH.
