Israel started by innoculating the elder people and the people who were at risk with the new corona vaccine. But they are now vaccinating the teenagers and the students so that they can appear in their examinations.
Israel has the fastest vaccine distribution rate within the world. Pfizer vaccines are being imported on regular basis and at least one dose of the vaccine has been injected to more than 25% of the total population.
“The inclusion of 16 to 18-year-olds – with parental permission – is meant to enable their return (to school) and the orderly holding of exams”, Minister of education told.
Israel is under third national lockdown since 27th of December. and they are hoping to reopen the economy in February.
