Punjab health department has issued a show cause notice to terminate the service of President Young Consultant Association, Dr. Hamid Butt.
He has charged to upload derogatory words against the seniors and institution of government of Punjab, tried to instigate the doctors and para medical staff against the higher authorities with baseless accusations to stop the public service delivery in health institutions, levelled false allegations of denial of incentive allowance to healthcare professionals, baseless allegations against higher authorities for misssappropriation of resources provided during Covid-19 pandemics.
Show cause notice has said that Hamid Butt has been found guilty of violating rule 22 of government of Punjab servants rule. Dr. Hamid Butt has asked to submit his reply within seven days otherwise his services will be terminated immediately and legal proceedings will start against him.
Dr. Hamid Butt is one of the leaders who are organizing a movement against the MTI act in Punjab.
